Betty and her daughter, Thu Van DeBellis, will be leaving for Vietnam on June
16. It will be Betty's 29th trip and Thu Van's 2nd since she was adopted
from the An Lac Orphanage in 1971 at 6 months old. We are so proud that
she is continuing the work of HALO.
